The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experts to provide exceptional business analysis and support services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, procedures, and user manuals to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Analyze data using SQL and other data analysis tools to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and accuracy of system changes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Participate in project planning and management activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis in the finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of Syspro ERP, SQL, VB.NET, and developer end-user documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
