Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Claims Examiner to join our team. As a Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for investigating and processing claims related to homeowner and property damage. You will work closely with clients to ensure that their claims are handled efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and process claims related to homeowner and property damage
- Work closely with clients to ensure that their claims are handled efficiently and effectively
- Review and analyze claim documents and evidence to determine the validity of claims
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that claims are processed accurately and timely
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claims activities
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Claims Examiner in the Sales industry
- Strong knowledge of homeowner and property claims investigation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims processing software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
