Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent CMM Programmer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, and CNC machinery. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CMM programs for inspection of machined parts and assemblies
- Work with manufacturing engineers to ensure that parts are manufactured to the required specifications
- Perform CMM inspections to verify that parts meet the required specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve CMM programming and measurement issues
- Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 quality standards
- Train and mentor other members of the quality team on CMM programming and inspection techniques
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in CMM programming and inspection
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and CNC machinery
- Experience with AS9100 and ISO9001 quality standards
- Proficient in programming CMM equipment using PC-DMIS software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
