We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent CNC Operator to join our growing team in the Sales industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our production process, ensuring the precision and quality of our medical device products. This role provides a unique opportunity to utilize your skills in operating Tsugami Swiss Lathe with Fanuc Controller and 5-axis milling on various platforms. If you are a highly motivated professional with a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain CNC machines, specifically Tsugami Swiss Lathe with Fanuc Controller.
2. Perform 5-axis milling on various platforms including HAAS Minimill, VF-1, VF-2SS, Okuma M560-V, and Fanuc Robodrill.
3. Read and interpret technical drawings and plans to understand the specifications and tolerances of the medical devices.
4. Set up machines according to the job order or the blueprint provided.
5. Regularly inspect and measure completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
6. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
7. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand client requirements and ensure product quality.
8. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in the medical devices sector.
2. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in operating Tsugami Swiss Lathe with Fanuc Controller.
3. Proficiency in 5-axis milling on various platforms including HAAS Minimill, VF-1, VF-2SS, Okuma M560-V, and Fanuc Robodrill.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
5. Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
