As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs that will be used to control our CNC machines. Job Details
We are seeking a CNC Programmer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This is a 1st shift position that requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in CNC programming and ISO 9001. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs that will be used to control our CNC machines. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all programs meet the necessary quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CNC programs that meet the necessary quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all programs are accurate and effective
- Test and debug programs to ensure that they are functioning properly
- Maintain and update existing programs as needed
- Ensure that all programs are in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines as needed
- Provide training and support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in CNC programming and ISO 9001
- Knowledge of G-code programming language
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred.
