Job Details
Our manufacturing company is currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality products. You will also be responsible for programming the machines to produce complex parts and components.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality products.
- Program CNC machines to produce complex parts and components.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the proper machining process.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure that product specifications are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure that they are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that production goals are met.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in CNC programming.
- 5 years of experience in CNC machining.
- Experience on both CNC mill & lathe machines.
- Mazak experience strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting specifications.
