We are on the hunt for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about insurance, customer service, and risk management. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing risks effectively. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and assess risks associated with clients' businesses, making recommendations for appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to negotiate policy terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in insurance regulations, advising clients accordingly.
  • Problem-solve and handle any issues that arise with clients' insurance policies or coverage.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, account management, customer service, risk management, and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide quick, effective solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the best insurance terms and conditions for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client accounts and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using insurance software and digital tools for account management.
