Our Clients' business litigation team has represented businesses large and small, in a variety of disputes including breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, partnership dissolutions, unfair competition, employment matters, class actions and intellectual property.
Our Commercial Litigation practice represents business owners, entrepreneurs, professional service companies, partnerships and corporations in a myriad of industries. We pride ourselves in learning the nuances of your business and then crafting an approach that resonates with a judge and jury. We believe effective advocacy starts with compelling storytelling. Every dispute has a protagonist and an antagonist, and requires a strong narrative and cogent story arc. Our ability to communicate (both in writing and orally) in a clear, crisp and concise manner is one of the hallmarks of our success

We're a litigation boutique located in White Plains, looking to expanding our Commercial/Business Litigation team. We’re looking for exceptionally well qualified and highly motivated lawyers, with at least 5 years of experience in both federal and state courts, to contribute to our dynamic litigation practice. Come work on high profile, exciting matters in a small firm, collaborative environment without the daily commute to NYC.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in Federal & State courts
NY Bar Association License
Preferred Experience:
Class Action Litigation experience is Highly Desireable
Contract Disputes/Breach of Non-Compete or Non-Solicit Agreements
Unfair Competition
Intellectual Property Disputes
Trade Secrets/Theft of Trade Secrets
Real Estate Litigation
Shareholder Disputes
Partnership Disputes
Employment Litigation
Premises Liability
Executive Compensation
