Job Details
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety and environmental requirements
- Manage project budgets and contracts, including negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, and provide guidance and support to project teams
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and other stakeholders
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement, promoting best practices and innovative solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Commercial Roofing experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation software
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
