Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Concrete Estimator to join our construction team. As a Concrete Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost and labor estimates for commercial and specialty concrete projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Concrete Estimator to join our construction team. As a Concrete Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost and labor estimates for commercial and specialty concrete projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost and labor estimates for commercial and specialty concrete projects
- Conduct survey estimating and take off estimating to determine the amount of materials and labor needed for each project
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that project requirements are met
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential issues and suggest solutions
- Maintain accurate records of project estimates, budgets, and expenses
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that estimates are accurate and competitive
- Participate in bid meetings and negotiations with clients
- Assist with project scheduling and resource allocation as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a commercial concrete estimator or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of specialty concrete and related materials
- Experience with survey estimating and take off estimating
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
