Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You must have a strong background in General Contracting, Commercial Interiors, Project Management, RFI, and Submittals. This is a permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and manage all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Review and approve all project documentation, including RFI, submittals, and change orders
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general contracting, commercial interiors, and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and construction management tools
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Experience with RFI and submittal processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
