They are wanting to add a Construction Project Accountant to their team! The Construction Accountant is responsible for all aspects of Accounting and Reporting as it relates to development and construction projects. You will be responsible for job cost tracking, balance sheet reconciliations, research, and communication with project managers on project status and payment approvals.

Job Details
Required Experience:
- MUST have previous construction accounting experience.
- 5 years accounting experience.
- Experience with billing in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Customer/ client focused.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Keen critical thinking ability and problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator – both verbally and in writing
- Takes initiative; goes beyond assigned duties.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in Spectrum (not required but preferred)
