Job Details
Qualifications:
- Basic accounting, bookkeeping, and math skills are desired
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required – some college highly preferred
- Superb organization and communication skills, time management, and attention to detail are desired
- Understanding of the construction industry and processes are beneficial- including codes, AIA documentation, and safety regulations
- At least 3 years of experience in construction administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project or construction management software, Bluebeam or Procore)
