This position will report directly to the Director of Legal, North America. Your key responsibilities include:Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing commercial contracts and subcontracts, as well as vendor and independent contractor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, etc. Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing Federal, State and local government contracts, as well as contracts with international government entitiesWorking with other members of the legal and sales coordination teams to administer and manage our General Services Administration (GSA) contract, including implementing new internal policies and procedures to support complianceAssisting in managing Export Administration Regulation (EAR) requestsProviding support for Governmental auditsAdvising senior project managers, sales and other team members in preparation, negotiation and management of RFP/RFQs, contracts, and relationships with customers and subcontractors Ensuring compliance to company guidelines and policies as applied to US and international law, i.e. the Buy American and Trade Agreements Acts, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and General Data Protection RegulationsProviding business-oriented solutions to manage all legal inquiries, conducting risk analysis from a legal perspective, and centralizing legal documentation storageSupporting merger, acquisition and divestment actionsOccasional travel requiredWho we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4-8 years of contract administration experience, including at least 2 years of Government contract administration experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceExtensive knowledge of commercial contracts FAR/DFAR/CAR/AMS knowledge preferredGSA knowledge and experience preferredGlobal Mindset working with key corporate stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation skillsAbility to build internal and external relationships through cooperation and information sharingExcellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skillsAptitude for detail-oriented workInterested in hearing more?
