Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.
• Oversee and manage the Work in Progress (WIP) schedule.
• Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents.
• Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies.
• Monitor the performance of the finance department, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
• Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial and operational reports, while ensuring timely distribution to executive management.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
• Maintain and reconcile reconcile the the general general ledger ledger and subsidiary accounts accounts.
• Ensure compliance with state and and and federal federal regulatory requirements requirements and and and professional standards.
• Develop and implement financial control procedures and systems; maintain documents for audits of company's accounts.
• Utilize Timberline software for various accounting and financial functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree required | MBA, CPA preferred.
• 5 years construction accounting experience.
• Strong experience in WIP, month end, GL.
• Proficiency in Timberline software.
• Solid understanding of of financial management and accounting within a construction company.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well ambiguity and complexity.
• Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation.
• Experience in managing and and improving processes.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
