Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller with a minimum of
** 4 years of previous Big-4 experience
** 5 years of similar relevant experience

You will be leading our accounting team and managing all annual, quarterly, and monthly accounting reporting and processes. Are you ready to help us grow worldwide?

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct all accounting operations and compliance functions - this includes payroll, treasury, and tax returns (etc.)
• For the accounting and finance teams you will continue to recruit, manage, and mentor
• Administer general ledger, account reconciliations, cash reconciliation, payroll, A/P, and A/R
• Supervise month-end and annual close process
• Analyze and prepare financial statements, maintain accuracy, and ensure GAAP compliance
• Uphold accounting for equity, capitalized software, and deferred revenue.
• Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and month-end closing journal entries.
• Assist with annual international statutory audits plus external and internal financial audits.

EDUCTIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of Big 4 experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• CPA qualification (CPA is preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills
• Ability to manage and mentor team members
• Startup experience is preferred
• International accounting experience is preferred
