Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers an opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real impact on our business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team
• Manage relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• CPA designation
• 7 years of progressive accounting experience
• 5 years of supervisory/management experience
• Experience in manufacturing accounting required
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, Master's degree preferred
