Job Details

Responsibilities:
- Maintain General Ledger, review and reconcile accounts
- Present Financial Statements and reports for our Leadership Team
- Prepare weekly union payrolls, monthly commission payments, and reports
- Execute city and local B&O tax returns
- Coordinate all accounting and HR functions
- Prepare and manage annual budget and forecasts
- Work collaboratively with leadership with cash management
- Manage and coach some junior accounting staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 8 years of progressive accounting within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of the construction industry from a billing/revenue standpoint
- Familiar with Sage accounting software
- Strong communication skills
