Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analyses.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by researching existing and new legislation, consulting with outside advisors, and filing financial reports.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role with a focus on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in the finance industry.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- CPA is a strong advantage.
