Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert tax advice to clients on a range of tax matters, including corporate tax, international tax, and individual tax
- Prepare and review tax returns, tax planning strategies, and tax opinions
- Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop tax strategies that minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients and colleagues
- Represent clients in tax audits and disputes with the IRS and other tax authorities
- Develop relationships with clients and provide excellent client service
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- 3 years of experience as a tax attorney or Senior Tax Associate
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong client service skills
