Job Details
Responsible for General Ledger reconciliation of bank and balance sheet accounts.
- Accountable for month end, quarter end, and year end financial statements and other reporting items accurately and timely in accordance with US GAAP.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budget models to support strategic decision-making.
- Auditing and verifying documents.
- Complete the 1099 for responsible companies.
- Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Compute taxes owed and prepared tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements.
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
- Compile credit card statements and supporting documentation from card holders.
- Continuously look for opportunities to generate efficiencies and increase the effectiveness of financial operations.
- Other general accounting projects as assigned
