Job Details

Education/Qualifications:

Associate Degree preferred. 2 years experience in the alarm field. Ability to read blueprints. General understanding of fire alarm systems and components. Excellent written and verbal communication. Computer experience required in Microsoft products and NetSuite.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

A successful customer support lead has very strong organizational skills and takes ownership of customer satisfaction. They have experience with various business software such as Excel, Word, and ERP software such as NetSuite. Must thrive in a high-paced work environment. Prepare and communicate parts quotes. Assemble system orders in the warehouse for projects and pick-up by customers. Take incoming customer calls for part availability and pick up.

Summary:

Provide sales support to the Fire Systems Business Unit. Prepare quotes for Fire Alarm Systems from blueprints and specifications. Track all customer requests and required due dates. Follow up with customers during and after the sales process. Log opportunities and projects into ERP system. Utilize business software skills to prepare weekly/monthly sales reports. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers by ordering and tracking all critical components. Ensure customer satisfaction through constant communication.
