Responsibilities:
- Design and develop progressive die systems for our manufacturing processes
- Work closely with our production team to ensure that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Collaborate with other engineers and designers to optimize our manufacturing processes
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to other engineers and designers
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation of all designs and processes
- Ensure that all designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any design issues that arise during the manufacturing process
- Continuously improve our manufacturing processes by incorporating new technologies and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in designing progressive die systems for manufacturing processes
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial design
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in the manufacturing industry
