Job Details
- B.S. (or higher) in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field.
- 7 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- SAP experience and knowledge of PLC's (Allen Bradley) preferred.
- Experience with CPG packaging technology and automation preferred.
- Proven management experience of large, complex, multi-million dollar projects
- Working knowledge of simplification/improvement methodologies.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well across all functional areas of the business.
- Recognized technical abilities and practical experience with strong capabilities in the following areas:
o Mechanical aptitude
o Ability to understand and apply general engineering principles
o Capital development/management and execution
o AutoCAD / Solid Works
o Ability to recognize and troubleshoot site specific process
- Must have strong analytical and business judgment including demonstrated problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
- Knowledgeable in building construction codes and of USDA, FDA regulations as they apply to the business.
