Job Details

We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in the e-learning and training industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling eLearning IT Training Services,. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of industry experience and offers a competitive salary uncapped commission and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as new prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our IT Training Services and elearning solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years proven sales track record, with a focus on learning content development services in the IT Training sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and drive.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
