We are seeking a driven and innovative Permanent Systems Analyst to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our unique manufacturing processes by leveraging their technical expertise to improve system efficiency, productivity, and functionality. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of ERP, SAP, IT systems, and Windows, coupled with a keen analytical mind and problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems, and devise computer programs, systems, and related procedures to process data.
2. Prepare charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submit recommendations for solution.
3. Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
4. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
5. Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
6. Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
7. Expand or modify the system to serve new purposes or improve workflow.
8. Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and share information.
9. Identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
10. Provide technical support for ERP, SAP, IT systems, and Windows.
11. Collaborate with various teams to understand and map business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Proven experience with ERP, SAP, IT systems, and Windows.
4. Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and related business processes.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering on time.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
11. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
12. Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
