Job Details
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare, edit, and review documents such as reports, presentations, executive summaries, and briefing papers.
- Assist with CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments. Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Assist in managing projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and progress is reported to the CEO.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings and events, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, board members, clients, and external partners. Maintain strong working relationships and facilitate communication flow.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure communication clarity and timely execution of tasks related to the CEO's directives.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, which may include conducting research, preparing reports, and presenting findings.
Law Clerk Duties:
- Conduct thorough legal research on various topics as directed by the CEO or legal team, utilizing legal databases and other resources.
- Analyze legal information and case data, and prepare summaries or briefs for review by the CEO and legal team
- Review and edit legal documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness before they are signed or submitted.
- Communicate with internal departments, external law firms, government agencies, and other entities in legal matters on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of all company contracts and legal documents.
- Monitor contracts for compliance, renewal dates, and other critical milestones.
- Assist in gathering and organizing evidence and other pertinent information for legal proceedings.
- Coordinate with general counsel regarding ongoing litigation matters and provide administrative support as needed.
- Manage and track the progress of various legal projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate between different departments and external legal advisors to ensure efficient workflow on legal projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Law clerk or relevant legal experience.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal databases.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
