- Previous technical support experience working customers as a Field Engineer, Field Services Engineer, Sales Engineer, etc.
- Comfortable operating in a Linux environment with solid fundamental understanding of networking, systems, and software
- Experience with networked devices, telecommunications, radio frequency, electronic warfare, or machine learning/ artificial intelligence systems
Strongly Preferred:
- DoD experience

- DOD experience
