Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Prepare initial case evaluations
- Perform legal research and analysis
- Prepare and argue dispositive motions
- Propound and respond to written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle client communication
- Prepare cases for trial
Qualifications:
- Admitted to the California Bar
- Strong work ethic and excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle urgent tasks and requests simultaneously with a high level of competence and accuracy
