This is a position for an Attorney for our South Carolina foreclosure operation. Looking for someone with extensive foreclosure experience in South Carolina and would even be open to non-attorneys if they have the required experience. It is a remote position but ideally they would live centrally in South Carolina so they can attend hearings in various counties easily, but we would be open to someone not living in South Carolina. Also ideally this candidate would have at least 5 years of experience in foreclosure so we can retain our FNMA certification.
