RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record cash receipts and disbursements
- Record purchases and sales transactions
- Process and record payroll transactions
- Bill payment, account reconciliations
- Perform bank reconciliations, month-end closing
- Analyze client’s financials & discuss with Partners
- General ledger accounting, financial statement preparation
- Sales tax and payroll tax return preparation
- 1099's and W-2's preparation
- Business Tax Renewal preparation
- Business Property Statement preparation
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience; experience in public accounting is a plus
- Accounting degree preferred, not required
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Must have good technical and communication skills to communicate effectively with clients
