We are seeking a qualified Fund Finance Associate to join our premier Private Credit department, working from our Los Angeles, Chicago, Charlotte, or New York offices.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in fund finance deals and/or general finance matters, credit agreements, and REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm is required. This position provides an opportunity to manage transactions for a deep roster of sophisticated clients on complex finance matters across many industries. You will receive dedicated support in developing your practice and be an integral part of a collegial team.
Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and communication skills, and a client-team focused work ethic are a must. Qualified applicants should include a resume and copy of their law school transcript with their application.
