Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all departments are working smoothly and efficiently.
2. Develop and implement strategic business and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and sales goals.
3. Manage P&L and drive profitability by identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
4. Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team, ensuring that all employees are aligned with the company's vision and goals.
5. Oversee the company's hiring process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
6. Drive the company's in-home sales strategy, ensuring that we provide top-notch service to our clients and achieve our sales targets.
7. Monitor the construction industry and market trends, and adjust business strategies as needed to stay competitive.
8. Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that encourages employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management role, preferably within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience managing P&L and driving profitability.
3. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
4. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic business and marketing plans.
5. Proven track record in achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
6. Experience in hiring and talent management.
7. Strong knowledge of the construction industry and market trends.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
