The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and problem-solving for hardware, software, and network issues. The role requires a strong understanding of Windows 10, Service Now Ticketing System, remote access, Mobile support, and O365.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and applications problems.
2. Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
3. Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the Service Now Ticketing System.
4. Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to remote access and mobile support.
5. Conduct software and hardware upgrades and installations as required while ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
6. Provide support and guidance to users on the efficient use of systems and applications.
7. Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
8. Work with vendors to resolve complex problems.
9. Provide after-hours support on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications:
1. 3 years of experience in a help desk or similar IT support role.
2. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and O365.
3. Proven experience with Service Now Ticketing System, remote access support, and mobile support.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. High level of patience and service orientation, with a positive, can-do attitude.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
9. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
