We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Specialist to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. As an HRIS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our Workday system, ensuring its efficient and effective operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for HR technology and a desire to make a significant impact on our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the Workday system, ensuring it meets the needs of our HR team and aligns with our business objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop a roadmap for system enhancements and improvements.
• Manage system upgrades and releases, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to HR operations.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on system functionality and best practices.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other HR systems, such as Greenhouse, to streamline data flows and improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, providing recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Workday, providing training and support to HR team members and other stakeholders as needed.
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRIS Specialist, with a focus on Workday implementation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead system implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Workday reporting tools or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
