Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate data entry, and timely and relevant HR reports.
- Act as a key liaison with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.) for cross-functional projects.
- Regularly perform system audits and compliance checks, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and consistency of data in the HRIS.
- Develop, generate, and provide accurate and timely HR reports for management and stakeholders.
- Evaluate, analyze, design, and maintain company HRIS and procedures to adapt to company needs.
- Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches.
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
- Manage HRIS projects, including the design and delivery of staff training and user support.
- Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
- Use UKG, ERP systems, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel to manage HR data and generate HR reports.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HRIS role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proficient with HRIS, data entry, HR report generation, and HR document management.
- Experience with UKG, ERP Systems, Oracle preferred, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable information.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
