We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and passionate IVF Coordinator-RN to join our dynamic medical team. This unique position offers the opportunity to work closely with our team of renowned fertility specialists in providing exceptional care to patients seeking fertility treatments. As an IVF Coordinator-RN, you will play a pivotal role in the patient's fertility journey, providing them with the necessary information, support, and care they need throughout the process. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all aspects of the patient's IVF cycle, including pre-treatment testing, monitoring, medication management, and follow-up care.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing fertility treatments, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing emotional support.
• Collaborating with physicians, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educating patients about the IVF process, treatment options, potential risks, and expected outcomes.
• Ensuring all patient information is accurately recorded and maintained in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest advances in fertility treatments and sharing this knowledge with patients and team members.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fertility Nurse, IVF Coordinator, or a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of the IVF process and fertility treatments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple patients and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Commitment to staying informed about the latest advances in the field of fertility treatments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Must be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to quickly respond to changes in patient needs or treatment plans.
• BLS certification is preferred.
