Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative training programs on Java development to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced professionals.
- Develop and maintain course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Java development, and incorporate this knowledge into your teaching.
- Collaborate with other instructors and team members to continuously improve our training programs and ensure that they meet the needs of our students.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Java Developer Instructor or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Passion for teaching and helping others learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
