We are actively seeking an experienced Law Firm Office Manager to join our growing firm. This is a permanent role that requires a professional with a strong background in law firm accounting, billing, and administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations, managing firm-wide budgeting, and ensuring our law firm runs smoothly and efficiently. If you are a highly organized individual with a knack for financial management and a passion for the legal industry, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the office's daily operations, including administrative and legal staff, IT, HR, and facilities management.
2. Implement and manage law firm accounting and billing procedures, ensuring all financial operations are accurate and timely.
3. Facilitate effective communication between lawyers, paralegals, and administrative staff.
4. Streamline administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
5. Ensure the office's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
6. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office equipment, supplies, and services.
7. Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in law office administration, preferably as an Office Manager.
2. Proven experience in law firm accounting and billing.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in office management software and accounting tools.
6. Knowledge of legal procedures, court system, and legal documents is a plus.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
8. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
