Job Details
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Superintendent to join our team in the Multifamily industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily construction, proficiency in Procore, and experience working with HUD regulations. This is a permanent position with excellent growth opportunities and competitive compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and HUD regulations
- Monitor and control project budgets and schedules
- Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on all projects
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction
- Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software
- Knowledge of HUD regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience in leading and managing teams of construction professionals
