As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components and parts for our products. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and make any necessary corrections
- Maintain machines by performing regular maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Machinist or CNC Machinist
- Proficient in CNC programming and operating CNC machines
- Knowledge of G-code and other programming languages
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with manual machining is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
