This individual must be a highly organized person with the ability to handle long range assignments. A prior knowledge and experience with ISO9001 requirements a plus. Also excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. This role requires thorough knowledge of engineering drawings and specification technique. Knowledge of tool design and function also secondary operations and packaging. The ideal candidate will have injection molding experience and a bachelor's degree in engineering.

- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to safely work with control voltage and low power electronics
- Ability to creatively solve problems
- Ability to program and debug complex robotic programs utilizing various different languages.
- Ability to design manufacturable one off components to be utilized in end of arm
- Ability to collaborate with multiple different people to optimize robotic operations
- Cognex and banner sensor familiarity a plus
