3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing challenges.

5. Ensuring all manufacturing processes comply with safety and environmental regulations.
6. Providing technical support and training to staff and stakeholders.
7. Participating in quality assurance processes, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions.
8. Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing engineering sector.
3. Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
4. A thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, including planning, testing, and execution.
5. Machining Experience
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
7. A proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. An unwavering commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
