We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to oversee our brand's marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with 3-5 years of proven marketing experience.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing our marketing calendar to ensure all campaigns and initiatives are executed in a timely and efficient manner, while avoiding conflicts with other company events or campaigns. They will work with stakeholders to coordinate brand campaigns, product launches, and promotions, ensuring successful execution and alignment with overall brand objectives.
The Marketing Manager will also drive and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across all applicable channels to ensure creative, messaging, and targeting is aligned and consistent for the brand. They will oversee the strategy and day-to-day execution of social channels, social media, organic and digital content distribution, ensuring content is engaging and drives customer engagement.
The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the digital team to implement digital marketing campaigns and best practices, leveraging data to optimize performance and drive customer engagement. They will work with the e-commerce strategist to ensure a best-in-class customer journey on the website.
In addition, the Marketing Manager will manage customer satisfaction online by monitoring and responding to customer reviews, feedback, and comments across all relevant channels, ensuring positive customer sentiment and promoting brand loyalty. They will also manage the marketing budget in order to maximize ROI while ensuring all programs are executed per brand, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices, strong project management skills, and experience in brand management, social media, and product marketing. They will have an excellent grasp of brand marketing, social media, website metrics, and digital marketing best practices, exceptional skills in prioritizing, problem-solving, and presenting concepts and ideas to others, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The Marketing Manager will conduct market research and analyze trends to stay current with industry developments and inform marketing strategies. They will also build strong, cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and internal business partners to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Finally, the Marketing Manager will assist in sponsored artist management and coordination when needed to ensure the brand's partnerships and collaborations are executed seamlessly.
