Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead project plans with due dates, action items, and deliverables with an in house design resource and a third-party marketing firm
- Own, create, and approve content
- Revise content from 3rd party partner as necessary
- Understand insurance benefit plans
- Creating messaging to drive enrollments and retain current members
- Use Admin123 for client enrollment, new hire and member marketing campaigns
- Use Hubspot for sales/broker marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with Admin123, Hubspot, Twilio, EZ Texting and Drop Cowboy
- Approve marketing materials
- Drive other projects
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in marketing
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work with outsourced marketing firms
- Understanding of insurance benefits
- Hands-on, self-starter with a track record of getting things done
