We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Permanent Medical Device Sales Representative. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional to contribute to our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in a challenging and rewarding sales environment. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales of our innovative medical devices within a specific territory, through direct sales, B2B sales, and territory management.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales growth in a defined territory by identifying, qualifying, and closing business opportunities.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our medical devices to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
3. Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value and benefits of our medical devices.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
6. Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and forecasts to senior management.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively position our medical devices in the marketplace.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and understand market trends.
9. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage territory effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
2. Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management.
3. Experience as a territory sales representative, with a history of exceeding sales quotas.
4. Strong knowledge of the medical device industry and products.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
6. Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and maintain a high level of customer service.
7. Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
8. Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
9. Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
10. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
