Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Multi-Family Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple multi-family commercial, hospitality, and commercial construction projects simultaneously. This is a permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple multi-family commercial, hospitality, and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues, and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a construction project management position, with a focus on multi-family commercial, hospitality, and commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
