Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support all aspects of strategic initiatives and programs across the organization
- Oversee clinical operations & work with other leaders to ensure Quality Clinical Services
- Help engage patients as they move across their continuum of care
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification
- Active Pennsylvania License
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Registered Nurse in Cardiology.
- Demonstrated expertise in heart failure management and other cardiology-related conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
