Job Details
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced and exciting team, where you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our staffing and talent business. This includes managing projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our consulting services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all company operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner and adhere to established standards.
Enhance operational management systems, processes, and best practices to optimize efficiency.
Lead small project teams in the development, execution, and completion of assignments.
Supervise client projects to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Train, motivate, and organize team roles; evaluate employee performance.
Maintain open communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with C-Level Executives to execute strategies and drive business growth.
Document operational tasks and provide regular reports to upper-level management.
Assist with new employee onboarding, training programs, and performance assessments.
Work with sales teams to establish and achieve daily and quarterly goals.
Collaborate with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution and uphold company values.
Identify and resolve issues, remove barriers, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
Support back-office and firm-wide training programs to maintain consistency and quality standards.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in team management or supervision preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft applications like Excel.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills; thrives in a startup environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiate new processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desire to learn, grow, and advance with the company.
Availability to work remotely on a PST schedule.
