We are seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and a strong mechanical aptitude. The successful candidate will be responsible to get the parts room in order and help complete the installation of the inventory portion of our system complete and then maintain it. This is a permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

We are seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and a strong mechanical aptitude. The successful candidate will be responsible to get the parts room in order and help complete the installation of the inventory portion of our system complete and then maintain it. This is a permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage inventory, ensuring that all parts and supplies are organized and easily accessible.
- Receive and sort parts and supplies, ensuring that they are properly labeled and stored in the appropriate location.
- Maintain records of all parts and supplies, including serial numbers and expiration dates.
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to ensure that all parts and supplies are available when needed.
- Install and maintain inventory management software and systems, ensuring that they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety regulations.
- Work with vendors to ensure that all parts and supplies are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to inventory management or parts coordination.
- Train and supervise other staff members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, parts coordination, or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with a wide range of parts and supplies.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of GMP and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
